Join us as we flip the switch on Kensington's new geothermal HVAC system, bringing clean, earth-powered heating and cooling to the heart of our town government. Paired with the recently installed solar panels now quietly generating energy on the rooftop, this milestone marks a turning point: Kensington is no longer just talking about a sustainable future - we're living in it.
This celebration brings together the Energy Committee, Board of Selectmen, Town Hall staff, and the full Kensington community for a moment worth marking. And we'll have even more to celebrate: Clean Energy NH will be on hand to present Kensington with the SolSmart Bronze designation, a statewide recognition of our community's commitment to solar energy and its work to clear the path for continued clean energy growth.
