RBG is adding a Senior Energy Analyst to our Energy Auditing team. This person will work to reduce the energy usage of existing commercial buildings across New England. Through this work, they will be actively reducing CO2 emissions, contributing to the local economy, and improving our region’s energy independence.
Perform energy audits to identify existing equipment and building shell construction
Identify energy saving opportunities
Describe and calculate energy savings of proposed energy efficiency measures
Review building plans and specifications
Communicate the benefits of energy efficiency with customers and potential energy efficiency incentives from the utility companies
Interface with building owners and contractors to implement energy efficiency measures
NECEC (The Northeast Clean Energy Council) is a regional non-profit clean energy business, policy, and innovation organization whose mission is to lead the just, equitable, and rapid transition to a clean energy future and a diverse climate economy. NECEC is the only organization in the Northeast that covers all of the clean energy market segments, representing the business perspectives of investors and clean energy companies across every stage of development. NECEC members span the broad spectrum of the clean energy industry, including clean transportation, energy efficiency, wind, solar, energy storage, microgrids, fuel cells, and advanced and “smart” technologies.
The NECEC Policy Manager plays a key role on its Policy and Government Affairs team working on legislative and regulatory efforts across our seven-state region of New York and New England. The Policy Manager will be responsible for leading multiple NECEC policy development and policy advocacy efforts across the Northeast at the state and regional level. The Policy Manager will be called on to speak and write persuasively on a wide variety of subject matters, be a central repository of knowledge across multiple jurisdictions, and develop close relationships with other stakeholders, including public officials.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
Responsible for maintaining Databases related to the Company’s ever-evolving suite of more than 40 energy efficiency programs in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Oversees both routine maintenance as well as annual updates in conjunction with third-party database vendor(s) to ensure timely updates reflective of changes in the field. Ensure that data supporting internal and external reporting and compliance requirements is readily accessible, accurate and securely maintained.
Contribute to the continual improvement of data-related processes to meet department needs. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete entry of data related to energy efficiency programs, including interaction with other data systems related to revenues and expenditures as well as customer data. Support planning and reporting related to a dynamic suite of energy efficiency programs, and ensure strict compliance with internal and external cyber-security standards and protocols. Design and build flexible reports using system specific tools for a variety of use cases.
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Interconnection Manager will prepare and manage the utility interconnection requests for ReVision’s Commercial and Institutional (C&I) solar projects across multiple utility service territories in ISO-New England. This is a new position as we expand our pipeline of complex C&I solar projects in an increasingly saturated utility environment for distributed energy resources (DERs). As such, it provides a unique and exciting opportunity to accelerate the transition to clean energy in New England by developing systems and processes for effective interconnection management and becoming a skilled subject matter expert in all aspects of power system planning and the interconnection process.
